The tournament will be a 4 person best ball/captain’s choice round of golf.  If you want to form your own team, please submit all registrations and payments together.  Individuals can submit a registration form and will be placed on a team. The field is limited to the first 100 paid registrants. Prizes awarded for lowest scores, longest drive, and closest to pin.
