The purpose of the Strengthening Leader’s Team is to provide opportunities to encourage pastors, church staff members and other church leaders to strengthen their leadership skills. We believe that leadership is about developing competency, character and confidence in carrying out God’s purposes through the church. “I tell you, many will come from east and west and recline at table with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven ” Mt. 8:11

Our Strengthening Leader’s Team is coordinating monthly gatherings with lunch around pertinent and relevant topics on leadership. Engaging speakers have been lined up to speak to areas and issues such as leadership and church growth, time management, preaching, relational & spiritual health, etc
