For those who went through the Leadership Pipeline Training with Mac Lake this past year, we are offering a Leadership Pipeline Accelerator starting Thursday, December 5th from 1 pm -3 pm at the CBA Office. This six-session Accelerator is for anyone on your team to get further coaching and instruction for implementing an intentional leadership development strategy.
We will be answering your specific questions, connecting you with others who are in similar ministries to share ideas and best practices and teaching you techniques to be more effective at discipling leaders. There is no cost for the Accelerator session.
