The Regional Literacy Missions Conference provides supplementary training to English as a Second Language (ESL) volunteers. ESL programs supported by the SCBC strive to provide a Christian context for a holistic experience that address the language, social, cultural and relational needs of adult internationals using the Bible as a lesson resource at a level appropriate for the student.
